The Wolf Functional Training App (“the App”) is owned and operated by Brains and Gains, LLC, a company registered in the United States. All subscriptions, purchases, billing, and customer support related to the App are managed by Brains and Gains, LLC.
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. Information We Collect

Wolf Functional Training provides digital fitness, wellness, education, coaching, and performance-related content through a subscription-based platform.

4. Health Disclaimer
By participating in any workout, breathing exercise, mobility routine, or educational program, you acknowledge that:
- You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
- You are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any exercise program.
- You should stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms.

6. Subscriptions and Payments
All subscriptions, purchases, and billing are managed by Brains and Gains, LLC.
Subscription fees are billed according to the payment plan selected at the time of purchase.
Unless canceled before the renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically.
Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

All videos, workouts, graphics, logos, text, educational materials, and other content within the App are the exclusive property of Brains and Gains, LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

- Copy or redistribute App content.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access the App’s source code.
